IELTS TEST REGISTRATION:
All IELTS test candidates must register via http://ielts.sanjesh.org

  • IELTS IRAN does NOT endorse 3rd party registrations by agents, solicitors or language institutes and there are NO individuals or organizations authorized to enroll candidates on our behalf
  • Please do not ask agents or other third parties to fill out forms on your behalf.
  • Each applicant can have up to a Profile. the system will find repeated profiles and remove them. and the applicant will be required to pay the administrative charge.
  • Change of ownership the profile is prohibited.



MISTAKES IN CANDIDATES PROFILE:
If your photo or personal information are different from those in your profile, you will not be able to sit any of the test modules and you will lose your test fee.
NOTE: IELTS IRAN does not take any responsibility for any mistakes in candidates profiles.

  • Please do not ask agents or other third parties to fill out forms on your behalf.
  • Please do not disclose any of the Confidential Information to any other person.
  • We have procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you.
  • Modifying information after closing test file is impossible.



ON THE DAY OF THE IELTS TEST:

  • You MUST bring the pens, pencils and erasers to the test.
  • You MUST present your original, current passport or National Melli Card, you used on the IELTS Online Application Form.
  • We will not accept photocopies (even if they are certified copies).
  • Candidates without proper ID will not be admitted to the test center. They will not be allowed to reschedule the testing appointment and will lose their test fee.
  • If your passport is at an Embassy for visa processing, you should ask them to return it to you for the test days.
  • That only Iranian citizens can present their National ID card instead of a passport.
  • On the day of the test, you must present the same identification document you used when you completed your application form.
  • That Birth Certificate or Shenasnameh is not acceptable.



LATE ARRIVALS:
Registration on the day of the test is at 7:00am (The door will be closed at 8:00am).
Candidates who are late for registration will not be allowed to take the test and will lose their test fee.


ABSENCE FROM THE TEST:
If you can not attend the test because of a medical emergency, you must provide a medical certificate (a letter from GP, Hospital or a walk-in clinic) no later than 5 days after the missed test. The letter must clearly state the reason that you were unable to attend the test and must be appropriately dated.

  • Replacement with the absent candidate on test day is impossible.



DURING THE TEST:

  • You may not lend or borrow anything from another person..

  • You must not:

    • Try to cheat, copy the work of another candidate or disrupt the test.
    • Use, or try to use, a dictionary, pager, spell-checker, electronic recorder or mobile phone. You will be disqualified.
    • Talk to, or disturb, other candidates once the test has started. Smoke, eat or drink in the examination room.
    • Reproduce any part of the test. You will have your test results disqualified and be liable to prosecution.
    • Take any materials from the examination room. This includes, but is not limited to, test papers, answer papers and working paper.
    • Leave the examination room without permission.



    SPEAKING TEST:
    Candidates will be informed about their speaking test more than 10 days before the test date. This test can be upto 7 DAYS BEFORE/AFTER the test date.
    If you fail to attend your speaking test for any reason, YOU ARE ABSENT AND WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SIT THE REMAINING COMPONENTS OF THE TEST.

    • It is impossible to arrange interviews based on candidates interest.



    TRANSFER POLICY (Re-schedule):

    • Candidates are able to re-schedule their test up to 36 days before a test date (not including the test day itself). There will be a 20% administration fee.
    • The only way to change the test is through the profile.
    • Transfer the test to other person is prohibited.
    • Rollback after modifying the test is impossible.
    • Replacement with the absent candidate on test day is impossible.


    NOTE: Unfortunately due to the time difference between Tehran and our host centre in the United Kingdom as well as the necessity to process the Iranian candidates before the 5 week cut off date, we are very sorry to have to close registration in Iran 36 days before the test date (not including the test day itself)

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • Candidates are able to cancel their test up to 36 days before a test date (not including the test day itself). There will be a 20% administration fee.
    • Rollback after canceling the test is impossible.


    NOTE: Unfortunately due to the time difference between Tehran and our host centre in the United Kingdom as well as the necessity to process the Iranian candidates before the 5 week cut off date, we are very sorry to have to close registration in Iran 36 days before the test date (not including the test day itself)

    TEST RESULTS:

    • Test results are available on the 13th day after the test.
    • Please do not ask for results by telephone/fax/e-mail/text, as this is not permitted.
    • You’ll need your original passport when collecting results in person.
    • Keep your Test Report Form in a secure place as you only receive one copy. Replacement Test Report Forms are not provided in the event of loss.
    • Candidates are allowed to request up to 5 free copies of the test results to be posted to educational institutions, government bodies or an employer. This must be requested at the time of registration on the ielts.sanjesh.org website.
    • Candidates must sit all four sections to receive a test result.
    • IELTS scores are valid for two years.


    NOTE: TRF`s will be stored for 4 Months after the test date. If they are not collected within this period, they will be destroyed, upon which there will be a charge to reissue the TRF.

    TRF FORWARDING:
    It is possible to request up to 5 extra TRF`s at the time of registration of a test via your online profile, provided that you supply information on the receiving organization. For these 5 copies, only the postal fee will be charged.

    • Within Iran – Free
    • DHL – 500,000 IRR per TRF (Anywhere in the world)


    If you request extra TRF`s after the test date, this will incur a 500,000 IRR fee for upto 5 TRF`s.

    • Each TRF must also have details of the receiving organization and in addition the relevant postage fee will be charged.

    NOTE: TRF`s will be stored for 4 Months after the test date. If they are not collected within this period, they will be destroyed, upon which there will be a charge to reissue the TRF.

    ENQUIRY ON RESULTS PROCEDURE:
    If, after you have received your results, you wish to appeal, you can follow the Enquiry on Results (EOR) procedure.
    To get one or more components of your test re-marked, you need to submit your request to us along with your original Test Report Form and a 145,000 toman fee, no more than one weeks after your test date. Once we receive your form and payment, we will send the appropriate test materials to the British Council to be remarked. The British Council will inform us of their decision within 6-8 weeks; we will then inform you of the outcome of the appeal. If your score changes as a result of the remark, you will be refunded and will be issued with a new Test Report Form. If your score does not change, you will lose your fee.

    COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE:
    If you are unhappy with any aspect of the IELTS service you have received from The IELTS Centre at IELTS IRAN and wish to make a complaint, you can do so by sending a letter or email to our office detailing the problem.
